Stock availability and delivery timelines

We carry stock of everything we have on our web site, but we also sell directly from our physical store.

Should it happen that an item is out of stock, we will readily source it from our local suppliers.

Rooibos tea stock replenishment does not have a significant delay.

Our leather products however are handmade and some product may take 2 to 6 weeks to manufacture and deliver.

Exchanges and refunds

Refunds: Items returned within 14 days of delivery will be refunded if is not damaged due to customer handling or opening of the product.
